The buffet restaurant at Taipei Fullon Hotel has been renamed “Park Avenue” (formerly the Louvre), inspired by the nearby Ren’ai Road, which is likened to New York City’s Manhattan Garden District. The dining environment has undergone significant changes, with window-side private rooms removed to create a more spacious area, offering a fresh and comfortable ambiance while featuring American creative cuisine..

The new American cuisine menu includes items such as grilled American bone-in lamb leg, red sauce grilled prawns, oven-roasted American ribeye steak, and American-style barbecued pork ribs, all prepared using roasting techniques to lock in the juices. This time, the chef’s special dishes also offer a variety of American cuisine, including Cajun-style grilled New Orleans salmon and New Orleans crab cakes inspired by the famous Southern American Cajun cuisine, as well as grilled organic vegetables, American-style fried chicken, and a chef’s special California-style salad.
