Originally an abandoned library, it has been thoughtfully renovated under the dedication of the new principal and transformed into a cultural hub for the Taisi community. It showcases artworks by artists about the ocean, as well as a nine-meter-long watercolor painting titled “Taisi Coastal Scenery.”
