Taipei Can Now Enjoy August Hall’s Legendary Croissants

The cult-favorite croissants “August Hall,” which have taken Central and Southern Taiwan by storm, have finally made their way to Taipei！ A collaboration between a Taiwanese baking brand and Japanese techniques, they are known for being baked fresh on the spot with limited daily production. Made with French butter and crafted using a multi-layered lamination technique, these croissants offer a delicious crunch and fluffy texture. Among the most popular must-try items is the “Honeycomb Croissant.”

Making its debut in Taipei at SOGO Zhongxiao Store, the shop officially opens on September 8. This will be August Hall’s first Taipei branch, and it will collaborate with Japan’s JA Agricultural Cooperative to launch an exclusive “Okinawa Brown Sugar Croissant” at the SOGO Zhongxiao location, along with the new product launch of the “Arctic Cheese Tart.” It’s sure to spark a wave of long lines.
