The “Three Rings and Three Lines” network, which connects the Greater Taipei, Taoyuan, and Hsinchu areas, spans a total of 174 stations across 209.81 kilometers. It covers most districts in New Taipei City, linking the city’s rail system to the Greater Taipei metropolitan area and connecting New Taipei, Keelung, Taoyuan, and Hsinchu. This network helps reduce the urban-rural divide, stimulate economic growth, and enhance overall living convenience.

The Danhai Light Rail is one of the key infrastructure projects under the “Three Rings and Three Lines” initiative, featuring close collaboration with Jimmy Liao’s creations. This time, Jimmy Liao’s works are displayed in the Xinzhuang Underground Pedestrian Passage. Travelers heading from Banqiao Station to destinations such as Banqiao Railway Station, Civic Plaza, and Big City Department Store will all pass through this passage.
