Get up close and personal with alpacas at this ever-popular long-standing zoo

Playful World is Asia’s first privately built cute wildlife park, covering approximately 20 hectares, making it the largest wildlife park in southern Taiwan. It is home to over 300 species of gentle and adorable animals from five continents around the world, including giraffes, capybaras, elephants, alpacas, kangaroos, zebras, Komodo dragons, chinchillas, and penguins.

Playful World is also home to Taiwan’s only capybaras and Komodo dragons. Designed according to the living habits of various animals, it is a semi-open zoo without fences restricting access. In addition to the outdoor animal zones, there are also exhibitions such as the Amphibian and Reptile House, Phoenix House, Raccoon House, and Mouse House to explore.
