The Flower Color Festival isn't just about flowers — five must-visit installation artworks for your photos

The largest autumn event in Taoyuan, the "Taoyuan Flower Color Festival," is being held successively across six districts: Yangmei, Zhongli, Luzhu, Daxi, Pingzhen, and Longtan. Since its opening, over 470,000 visitors have participated, with the Longtan district officially kicking off on November 11. In addition to the colorful and splendid flower seas, the exhibition area also features many fairytale-like installation artworks that shouldn’t be missed. Below is a list of the top five must-see landscape artworks at the Flower Color Festival. We recommend that visitors not only enjoy the flowers but also capture these unique artistic installations.

1. Longtan District – The Dream of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

If you want to see a giant tree that looks like something out of a fairy tale, besides the installation along the Melaleuca Trail at the Taoyuan Landscape Art Festival, there’s also a similar towering tree standing in the flower sea of Longtan District. This installation artwork is titled "The Dream of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" and is perfect for taking fantastical photos.

2. Zhongli District – Poetic Sheep Leading the Way
Following the 60 white sheep installation at Tainan’s Chihkan Tower, the Zhongli venue of the Taoyuan Flower Color Festival also features the installation artwork "Poetic Sheep Leading the Way," designed by artist Tsai Kun-lin. It creatively presents 60 little sheep in a fairytale style, which is very eye-catching.

3. Zhongli District – Heart-Shaped Installation
Also at the Zhongli venue, the heart-shaped installation artwork, with its red heart shape, is perfect for couples to take photos and check in. Paired with a vast field of uniquely styled little monkeys and flower seas, the landscape is quite magnificent.
