Considering customer purchasing habits and the need to provide nearby services, a new Songshou branch has been set up across from the original store. It grandly opened on November 27, with a soft opening on November 25 and 26. Many fans expressed their reluctance to say goodbye to the flagship store, and through private messages on Krispy Kreme’s official Facebook page, they voiced that the “Donuts Theater,” symbolic of the brand’s soul, “must not disappear!”

Regarding this, Xu Mengjie also stated that the glorious retirement of the Krispy Kreme Vieshow flagship store has accompanied fans for four years and successfully established the brand’s recognition. The flagship store will absolutely not mark an end. The company’s internal expansion team has already begun searching for a suitable new site, and it plans to reopen in the future, prioritizing locations in central and southern Taiwan’s commercial districts. However, the threshold for establishing a flagship store and the many factors and details to consider require more time for careful evaluation.

The Songshou branch has smoothly taken the baton, maintaining high-quality service without interruption, and continues to serve doughnuts and beverages in the highly competitive food scene of the Vieshow Xinyi business district. In addition, the Krispy Kreme Tienmu branch also opened on November 27 on Tienmu East Road.
