The biennial 2018 Taiwan International Boat Show will launch in mid-March this year, featuring a first-time on-water experience program offering 1,000 spots for the public to board boats, head out from Kaohsiung Harbor, and enjoy the thrill of sailing the seas.
Lin Ying-pin, Director of the Ocean Affairs Council, said that the biggest highlight of this year's event is that visitors can not only view yachts but also have the opportunity to board yachts or sailboats and go out to sea to truly experience riding the waves.
