The New Taipei City Government has set up a duck-themed landscape art park in the riverside park under the Zhongxing Bridge along the Tamsui River. Viewed from the nearby embankment, the giant duck sculpture comes into view, hence it is also known as the "Duck Duck Theme Park." This time, to celebrate Christmas, the highway administration office specially designed a series of composite "Christmas Ducks" in the Duck Duck Theme Park, combining three elements: ornamental grasses, windmills, and fabric. Not only are they vibrant and colorful, but they have also been loved by both children and adults since their completion.

In the "Christmas Ducks" theme, the ducks are adorned with festive Santa hats and decorated with bells, colorful balls, gifts, hearts, and lollipops. Additionally, diverse elements such as ornamental grasses, windmills, and fabric are used to add a splash of color and vibrancy, presenting a Christmas atmosphere unlike any before. Moreover, to create the imagery of ducks swimming in water, the area beneath the ducks is specially decorated with a sea of windmills to mimic wave effects. When the breeze blows, it looks like ripples on the water—lively and incredibly cute.

To fully take in the entire Duck Duck Park scenery, it’s best to view it from above on the nearby embankment, where you can admire the magnificent panorama of the park. It’s also a great spot for flower viewing, spring outings, and Christmas photo opportunities.
