As the cold winter arrives, snow-white plum blossoms also begin to bloom. The mountains and forests seem covered in white snow, and when the petals fall, they resemble snowflakes—truly romantic. Below is a list of ten plum blossom viewing spots across Taiwan, including the well-known Nantou Xinyi Township and other hidden flower-viewing gems. 1. New Taipei – Zhonghe Honeymoon Land
Located in Zhonghe District, New Taipei, the Nanshan Fude Temple (Honeymoon Land) is one of the best spots in northern Taiwan for plum blossom viewing. When the plum blossoms are in full bloom, the temple appears as if covered in snow, creating a very atmospheric scene. Additionally, you can enjoy the city night view from here, and the giant statue of the God of Wealth is a must-photograph spot for many photography enthusiasts.

During the plum blossom season, the Taoyuan City Tourism Bureau also holds a series of plum blossom festival events in the Jiaobanshan Guest House Park, allowing visitors to not only admire the beautiful floral scenery but also have a fun and enjoyable time.

4. Miaoli – Hu Xu Plum Garden

Among them, there are also several century-old ancient plum trees and precious golden-thread weeping plum varieties developed over the years.
