On the 8th (Monday) afternoon, a cold front moves southward, and temperatures begin to drop noticeably. From the evening of the 9th through the 11th, areas north of Tainan and coastal/open regions of Yilan, as well as Kinmen and Matsu, will experience sub-10°C low temperatures. When going out, please pay attention to preparing and wearing warm clothing. Agricultural, fishing, aquaculture industries, and crops on sloping land need to guard against cold damage. When using gas water heaters, ensure proper indoor ventilation to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.

From the 10th to the 12th, daytime temperatures in the north will mostly range between 10～15°C, in the central region between 10～20°C with larger day-night temperature differences, in the southern region between 12～23°C—also with significant temperature variation, so be mindful of keeping warm in the mornings and evenings, and in the eastern region between 11～17°C. Over the weekend, temperatures across the country will rebound by about 3～4°C compared to the 10th–12th. Apart from brief rain in Keelung, Yilan, and Kaohsiung, the weekend will feature mostly cloudy with some sunny intervals.
