Spreading Christmas Cheer: Hotels Host Parties and Festivities

The exciting Christmas season is just around the corner, and as a time symbolizing togetherness and reunion, hotels are rolling out festive celebrations. From the lighting ceremonies at the start of December to a variety of desserts and party delicacies, the joy and romance of Christmas can be felt everywhere.

Located at the southern tip of Taiwan, Kenting Caesar Park will hold its lighting ceremony at 7:30 PM on Sunday, December 9. The highly anticipated Christmas tree will shine brilliantly, adorned with star-like lights, while a gingerbread house inspired by fairy tales will also make its debut. On that day, children from the choir will dress as little angels to spread Christmas carols and blessings, and the most popular Santa Claus will surprise everyone by appearing to hand out candy and joy.

On Christmas Day, the festive spirit continues with the lighting ceremony in the hotel lobby kicking off the event. The long-awaited decorative lights instantly twinkle like a galaxy, spreading across every corner of Caesar Park, dazzling and brilliant. This is followed by vibrant and lively dance performances in the leisure center, which elevate the Christmas atmosphere to its peak. In addition to the dances, the little angels from the choir spread cheer through their songs, captivating every guest—both young and old—who can’t help but immerse themselves in the warm and heartfelt ambiance.

The lobby bar also offers seasonal handmade desserts such as Christmas chocolate houses, reindeer candy gift boxes, British Christmas fruit cakes, and snowman candy boxes. On Saturday, December 15, and Sunday, December 16, for two consecutive evenings starting at 7:30 PM, Kenting Caesar Park will lead various departments to set up booths for charity sales on Kenting Street and Hengchun Night Market. All proceeds from the two days will be donated in full to Hengchun Christian Hospital as a collective effort of goodwill for charity. The Western restaurant will serve Italian cuisine paired with turkey feasts from December 22 to 25 for four days, creating warm and joyful memories in the southern paradise.

At Taipei Fuhang Hotel, this year’s most special event is the “Family Christmas Carnival,” a first-time collaboration between Taipei Fuhang Hotel and MOMO Kids TV, scheduled for December 23. In addition to the MOMO family and adorable teddy bears joining in the fun with the kids, there will also be a safe inflatable castle play area, a parent-child fashion show, and other exciting activities. The whole event is filled with a warm, joyful, and laughter-filled atmosphere, aiming to give families an unforgettable Christmas holiday.

Besides celebrating Christmas with delicious food, a family carnival event will be held from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on December 23. The event will offer an all-you-can-eat brunch featuring exquisite Western cuisine to satisfy the taste buds of both adults and children. For the first time, the event will also team up with the MOMO family and the Taiwan Teddy Bear Association to create a vibrant carnival. In addition to MOMO characters like MOMO Bug, Milk Brother, and Puff Sister joining families and friends to celebrate the holiday, there will also be exciting parent-child fashion show competitions.
