Paris Premier of 'Life of Pi' at Historic Swimming Pool – Watch While Wearing a Life Jacket on a Small Boat

Following premieres in Taiwan and India, the European premiere of *Life of Pi* also took place on the evening of the 26th at the Champs-Élysées Theatre in Paris, France. Then, on December 7th, two special premieres of *Life of Pi* will be held at the local Pailleron swimming pool in Paris. Audiences will wear life jackets and 3D glasses to experience Pi’s drifting journey, sitting in a lifeboat that gently rocks with the water while watching the film.

"Oh my God, what if I need to pee?" "Will the boat capsize when the tiger shows up?" Many netizens couldn’t help but ask these questions after seeing the promotional photos for the premiere. Watching Pi’s series of encounters on the lifeboat in the vast ocean, the audience also sits in the boat, almost as if they have truly traveled through time and are drifting on the sea with Pi. This unique screening event is being jointly organized by 20th Century Fox and the Paris City Hall, and will take place in two sessions at the Pailleron Swimming Pool in the 19th arrondissement of Paris on the evening of December 7th.
