Following Caffe Florian, the renowned Hong Kong “Honolulu Coffee Shop” will also open at New Century A11 in Sinyi XinTianDi. This allows everyone to enjoy cha chaan teng delicacies without traveling abroad. The restaurant is being introduced by Dacheng Group’s Foodservice Division and is scheduled to begin trial operations on May 4th and officially open on May 5th. Their flaky egg tarts are a must-try.
Honolulu Coffee Shop is an iconic cha chaan teng in Hong Kong, known for its coffee, flaky egg tarts, and yuanyang milk tea. Among them, the 192-layer flaky egg tart is the most famous. The Honolulu Coffee Shop on Hennessy Road was also one of the filming locations for the movie “Crossing Hennessy.” Originally, Honolulu Coffee Shop had three branches in Hong Kong, but its Central branch, which had been in operation for 21 years, closed in March, leaving two branches in Hong Kong.
