Summer is the season for mangoes and lychees, but have you ever wondered what delicious desserts can be made by combining the two? One business has launched the “Lychee Aroma Mango Cake,” adding more variety to sweet treats.

As the summer sun arrives quietly, freshly made pastries and bread using in-season mangoes, as well as cakes that perfectly blend the flavors of fresh mango and lychee, bring a wave of “sweetness” to the heart. Elite Deli and Elite Bakery (Elite Bakery) have collaborated to create a series of mango and lychee-flavored pastries and breads, combining rich, fresh fruits with soft cakes and fluffy, chewy bread. The layered textures offer a delightful taste experience, available exclusively from June 6 to July 31.

The “Lychee Aroma Mango Cake” uses imported almond flour and mango purée as the cake filling, topped with a combination of imported liquor and lychee purée in the cake body and mousse. These layers alternate with soft cake for a rich texture, and are finished with delicate white fondant and topped with fresh Taiwanese mangoes. It perfectly blends the sweet-tart flavor of mango with the fresh aroma of lychee.

Other offerings, such as the Mango Flavored Mousse Cake, Smoked Lychee Cupcake, and Fragrant Mango Cheese Cupcake, also focus primarily on fruit as the main element. In addition, fruit is used in various breads as well, including Rice Aroma Mango Mini Toast, Mango Cheese Bread, Mango Sesame Twist Bread, and Glutinous Rice Mango Rolls – all perfect for either afternoon tea or evening snacks.
