The Guam Tourism Bureau recommends three unique churches in Guam:the “Blue Aster of Happiness” made of marble,the “Church by the Sea,” where endless blue seas and skies stretch as far as the eye can see,and the “Shining Diamond Chapel,”featuring a crystal chandelier made from 12,000 Swarovski crystals.These are all uniquely distinctive churches in Guam. Getting married here offers an unforgettable experience in a romantic and pure atmosphere.

The “Blue Aster of Happiness (Blue Aster)” is designed with the concept of a Greek-style building overlooking the Aegean Sea. Hold your sacred wedding ceremony in this space composed of white and blue. Sunlight spills into the glass-built church, connecting seamlessly with the vast sky and sea in front of the altar. The sacred pathway built from marble creates a romantic feeling as if you are walking between the sky and the sea. The sound of the organ and the voices of a duet choir linger in the air, composing a moving symphony for the couple and their guests. After the ceremony, run towards the white sandy beach and the vast blue ocean in your wedding dress to take wedding photos.

The Church by the Sea offers a breathtaking seascape no matter the viewing angle. This beautiful seascape gave rise to a glass chapel seemingly emerging from coral reefs. Sunlight sparkles as you walk across the bridge over the water. Looking toward the altar, the 180-degree view reveals boundless blue seas. The refreshing breeze carries the soft sound of waves as you vow eternal love in your pure white wedding dress. This location was also featured in the idol drama “It Started with a Kiss 2.”

The most representative feature inside the Shining Diamond Chapel is the crystal chandelier crafted from 12,000 Swarovski crystals. The church pews are also inlaid with Swarovski crystals. Instead of the traditional candle-lighting ceremony, the ceremony features an Eternal Crystal Diamond Vow Exchange, where the couple recites their own prepared vows, adding special meaning. This chapel, located right next to the beach, faces the sea and has a lovely small park nearby.

Currently, the most popular overseas wedding destinations for Taiwanese couples are Guam and Okinawa, both offering expansive views of blue skies, clear seas, and white sands. With a wide variety of churches available, they are quite popular.Tang Chiong-mei, Marketing Manager at Howard Wedding Company, mentioned that most overseas weddings combine the ceremony with a honeymoon, usually in a 5–6 day package. To avoid fatigue and poor skin conditions caused by traveling on the first and last days, weddings typically take place on the second day.
