The Orchard Road Library was originally located within the iconic shopping mall “Ngee Ann City.” It opened in 1999 but closed after its lease wasn’t renewed. It made a stylish return in October 2014. The current library spans two floors and houses a collection of 100,000 books, with a focus on design and lifestyle categories.
