Summer has come, which is the season to drink beverages to cool off. Many well-known Japanese brands not only launch new concept beverages but also come up with slogans such as "limited-time offer", "limited quantity", or "limited to a certain area", making people can't help but want to snap them up. This article rounds up three must-try drinks in Japan right now—head out and try them before the offers expire!
1. Blue Bottle Coffee
Known as the “Apple of the coffee world,” Blue Bottle Coffee quickly became a hit after entering Japan in 2015. It now has six locations in Tokyo: Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Aoyama, Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Roppongi, and Nakameguro. It has become a must-visit coffee shop for Taiwanese travelers visiting Tokyo in recent years.
Starting today, Blue Bottle officially begins selling a brand-new line of canned cold brew coffee. The bottle design maintains Blue Bottle’s signature minimalist style, featuring a plain background with a striking blue bottle logo — holding one instantly gives off a cool, trendy vibe. But canned cold brew coffee is currently available for a limited time only, and all stores have quantity limits. If you’re in Japan recently, you might want to grab a can to try the flavor.
