【Shuang Qiu Bao】So Cute！Free Distribution of Taiwan Travel Map

Taipei Economic and Cultural Office inHong Konghas come up with something new again, this time collaborating withTaiwan’s super-popular online illustrator《Shuang Qiu Bao》to launch the Cantonese version of 《Shuang Qiu BaoTaiwanTravel Map》, with 29selected spots spread across northern, central, southern, eastern Taiwan, and the outlying islands,drawn based on the “personalities” of the three illustrators from 《Shuang Qiu Bao》.

What’s particularly special about this map is thatthe descriptive texts are written in “Cantonese,” showing great sincerity. During thecreative process, the office and the illustrators coordinated multiple times to select several highly “local-character” hidden gems: such as “Binjiang Street Airplane Alley,” “Wai Shuangxi Fishing Spot,” “Dihua Street,” “Anping Tree House,” and more.

Director Wu Zonglin of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office inHong Kongcollaborated yesterday with a group of illustrators and guests to hold a public art exhibition atHong KongEslite Bookstore in Causeway Bay.

The map will be available for free starting November 25 during office hours at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office inHong Kong. Address: Room 1010, Tower 2, New Port Centre, 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

Meanwhile,the office has also recently launched ‘Fruit Picking Vouchers’ as one of the new gift options for travelers visiting Taiwan. It hopes to allow visitors to experience fruit picking and directly pack up a bit of ‘sunshine, air, and water’ through agri-tourism, experiencing thebeauty ofTaiwan.
