Changhua is a region rich in historic sites, delicious food, and ecological wonders. Start your day by taking a high-speed rail to Taichung Station, then transfer to the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Lukang Line to Changhua Railway Station. This area features filming locations from the movie “You Are the Apple of My Eye” by director Giddens Ko. Take a stroll to experience the old street charm of Changhua’s Chang’an and Yongle Streets image districts, and sample local delicacies such as Changhua’s famous trio: rice meatballs, rice with minced pork, and cat-mouse noodles. Upon arriving in Lukang, you can start with a cultural experience aboard a Lukang sightseeing tricycle. With a guide providing commentary along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Lukang’s cultural beauty. After getting off, you can also explore on foot the “Lukang Historic Preservation Area”, while sampling local cuisine. In the afternoon, continue your journey via the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle to visit sightseeing factories such as theTaiwan Glass Museum, completing the first day of a beautiful and memorable trip.
