1、Franklin Barbecue
This Texas BBQ joint featured in magazines only serves lunch. To secure a spot, some customers start queuing as early as 6 a.m., with an average wait time of four hours. The owner suggests visiting on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays when the wait is shorter.

Praised by magazines as the best restaurant in the U.S., it’s located in Washington D.C. Though it opens at 5 p.m., people often start queuing as early as 3 p.m.

4、Damon Baehrel
Named after himself, chef Damon Baehrel is self-taught and runs his restaurant in his own basement. It has a private-chef feel, and Damon treats customers like friends. The 15-course meal takes about five hours to complete and has received rave reviews. This one-man operation hasn’t accepted reservations since 2014 because bookings are already full until 2025.

Located in Copenhagen, publicists say they receive thousands of reservation requests each month. Reservations open on the first Monday of every month, and tables for 2–4 people are usually booked within hours.
