30 Foreign Flavor Food Exhibition: Turkish Biscuit Show with National Flag Loves Taiwan

The 2013 "Taipei International Food Show," "Taipei International Food Processing Equipment & Pharmaceutical Machinery Show," "Taipei International Packaging Industry Show," "Taiwan International Hotel & Catering Equipment Supplies Show," and the first-time participant "Taiwan International Halal Food & Products Show" are being jointly exhibited from today (the 26th) to the 29th at the World Trade Center Hall 1 and the Nangang Exhibition Hall. Taiwanese food remains the centerpiece of this year's show, led by the Taiwan Pavilion with 180 booths, joined by the Yunlin, Kaohsiung, and Tainan Pavilions showcasing Taiwan’s local agricultural specialties, including rice, fruits and vegetables, seafood, processed meats, and seasonings, highlighting Taiwan’s authentic and delicious flavors.

This year’s global culinary feast features participating groups from 30 countries including Japan, the United States, South Korea, Canada, Spain, New Zealand, Australia, Argentina, Peru, Indonesia, Brazil, and Turkey. It offers a rich array of flavors such as uniquely aromatic Japanese sake, freshly sourced American meats, essential traditional Korean kimchi, glacier-born Canadian ice wine, and exotic Turkish desserts. Coupled with halal-certified foods that emphasize safety and health in the Halal Exhibition, the event provides an exceptional experience that combines visual and culinary delights.

Taiwan’s food processing industry has developed early, and the rapidly changing food consumption market has driven continuous improvements in food machinery and packaging technology. In recent years, the booming tourism industry has also indirectly spurred the growth of the hotel and catering sector. To enhance quality and meet market demands, Taiwan’s food machinery and packaging industries must continuously innovate and develop new products, forming a strong backbone for the food industry’s development. Meanwhile, high-quality catering services support the sales network at the backend of the food industry. The Packaging Show, Food Machinery Show, and Catering Show collectively showcase Taiwan’s integrated industrial strength.

Combining global diverse food cultures with Taiwan’s robust manufacturing capabilities, the annual Five-in-One Food Exhibition has become a key platform for domestic and international buyers to source Taiwanese food and related equipment.The five exhibitions will be held jointly at the World Trade Center Hall 1 and the Nangang Exhibition Hall from June 26 to 29, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Free shuttle buses will be available between the two venues during the exhibition period—visitors are encouraged to take advantage of them. General public ticket entry times are June 28–29 at the World Trade Center Hall 1, and June 29 at the Nangang Hall. Each admission ticket costs NT$300 and allows entry to both exhibition areas.
