Starting July 1, The Venetian Macao launches theCotai Strip – DreamWorks Experienceevent. Beloved characters from DreamWorks animations make special appearances, allowing visitors to get up close and personal with popular figures such as Po from Kung Fu Panda; Shrek, Princess Fiona, and Puss in Boots from Shrek; as well as Alex the Lion, King Julien, and the Penguins of Madagascar. These DreamWorks stars will interact face-to-face with guests. A spectacular DreamWorks-themed parade takes place daily in the resort, along with themed dining experiences featuring the characters.
Additionally, hotel rooms offer DreamWorks-themed services and facilities.

"Living Dinosaurs" interactive exhibition at The Venetian lets you come face-to-face with prehistoric creatures

From now until October 1, The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel presents theLiving Dinosaursinteractive exhibition, where parents and kids can grab their explorer gear and travel back 250 million years for an exciting adventure. The exhibition features over 30 hyper-realistic dinosaur models that not only breathe and move but also make sounds.

Besides meeting these prehistoric giants, visitors can also watch 3D dinosaur movies or even ride on the back of a dinosaur. The "Living Dinosaurs" exhibition runs daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last entry at 7:00 PM) during the exhibition period, located at Hall F of the Venetian® Cotai Expo™ in Macau. Ticket prices are MOP 80 (approx. NT$300) for adults, MOP 50 (approx. NT$190) for children, and a family package at MOP 232 (approx. NT$880, includes 4 tickets with at least one child under 12).

Since May, MGM MACAU has introduced the "Journey of Light and Wonder", designed with the ocean as its concept. Its centerpiece is the cylindrical "Water Sky Dome" in the center of The Piazza, surrounded by coral and home to over a thousand swimming fish, blending ocean and sky into one. The installation includes a crimson coral palace, the cylindrical "Water Sky Dome", plus large seaweed, bubble ornaments, and schools of fish. Leveraging the unique qualities of The Piazza, it uses light and shadow to reinterpret nature’s mysteries, presenting a fantastical underwater world. The fish inside the "Water Sky Dome" include three small blacktip reef sharks from Australia’s Great Barrier Reef and over a thousand fish species from the South China Sea, such as the brownstripe red snapper, golden snapper, and spadefish. Kids can enjoy watching various fish species swimming freely in one place at the same time.
