The "Blue Fabric" event at the Taipei City Hakka Affairs Council’s Bike Station Holiday Cultural and Creative Market not only features the sale of exquisitely natural blue-dyed handmade goods and relaxing musical performances, but on July 27 and 28, there will also be a kite-painting activity. Decorate your one-of-a-kind dyed fabric kite and paint the sky with beautiful colors.

With blue skies, lush green fields, and a gentle breeze, you can enjoy such a leisurely afternoon in Taipei too. At the Hakka Cultural Theme Park and the Bike Station Holiday Cultural and Creative Market, beautiful blue-dyed Hakka fabrics are everywhere. On weekends, there's also a kite-painting event. To the tune of relaxing summer music, use bright and vivid colors to dye the fabric, creating your own unique shade. Unleash your creativity with fabrics and paints, and discover the Hakka aesthetic of color.

The Bike Station Holiday Cultural and Creative Market has launched a series of family-friendly activities during the summer vacation. With its spacious, flat grounds and lush green grass, visitors can stroll through the cultural market, enjoy afternoon tea, listen to music, watch performances, and parents can even paint their very own kites with their kids and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon together on the grass. Simply spend over NT$100 on-site to get a free kite-painting kit. After painting, you can fully enjoy the fun of flying a kite. Even without making a purchase, you can buy a kite-painting kit for NT$50. This has attracted large crowds to join in the fun.

In addition to ensuring kids have a blast, the organizers also cater to moms’ shopping needs. The cultural market offers products with discounts starting from 50% off at various times. Spend over NT$100 on-site, and you can get a free kite-painting kit or choose to exchange it for a DIY fabric photo frame material pack, allowing moms to put their little ones’ photos in a frame they made themselves. Additionally, every purchase allows you to redeem a packet of filter coffee, and for every NT$100 spent, you can enter a lucky draw with over 500 prizes to be drawn on November 24. The grand prize is a Yongqi bicycle worth NT$20,000.
