Making snacks or meals can bring a little peace amidst the chaos, so I love making small treats for myself and my family on holidays or when I'm super busy. But the most troublesome part is preparing the ingredients XD — sometimes you gather a bunch of stuff just to make a tiny cake, and then you’re left with leftover ingredients you won’t use again for who knows how long. Kind of wasteful, really.

Nowadays, there are services that prepare the ingredients and recipe for you, even provide the mold. All you have to do is order online and get it delivered to your door — no wasted ingredients, no hassle with prep. Isn’t that convenient? Today, I’m going to share how to easily make a taro mash cake. The preparation time only takes 20 minutes (excluding freezing time in between).
