The Northeast Coast & Yilan Coast National Scenic Area Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ Tourism Bureau invited New Taipei City Councilor Chou Sheng-Kao and others on the 5th to jointly explore the beauty of Guishan Island.
