Located by the Love River in Kaohsiung, MORE WORLD Riverside Restaurant has been open for over four years. Thanks to its prime location and delicious food, it’s beloved by both locals and tourists. The shop not only sells goods brought back from abroad by the owner, but also features a ball pit that kids absolutely love. The owner even offers Zi Wei Dou Shu (Chinese astrology) readings for guests, making it quite unique. In summer, the star dish is the ice cream fondue, while in winter, the newly launched Dragon Bone Hot Pot steals the show—both visually appealing and delicious.

Dragon Bone Spicy-Sour Hot Pot
A new hot pot dish the restaurant researched in Thailand. Dragon bones are combined with chicken skeletons and simmered for three hours until the meat becomes tender and separates from the bone. Then, a spicy-sour Thai broth is added. This hot pot offers a different texture from typical meat-slice hot pots, delivering an authentic Thai flavor.

Strawberry Cheese Fondue
Handmade cheese is placed at the bottom of the pot and left to set for 10 minutes. Then, a mix of fruits, whipped cream, popcorn, a generous topping of strawberries, blue curaçao jelly, and ice cream (optional) are added. Finally, strawberry sauce and condensed milk are drizzled on top. Dry ice creates a cascading smoke effect, giving the illusion of a steaming hot pot.
