A little more smiles can make traffic better! The Kaohsiung City Government invited the sweet girl Guo Xuefu to be Kaohsiung’s Traffic Angel this year, filming a traffic safety promotional video. The story depicts Guo Xuefu blooming smiling flowers on the roads of Kaohsiung, reminding citizens to show more courtesy and warmth, making Kaohsiung’s traffic better. The traffic safety promotional video "A Little More Courtesy, Smiling Flowers Everywhere," starring Guo Xuefu, will premiere on August 27.

"I want to collect a kind of flower called a smile on the road. This flower doesn’t need soil—just a little more composure, a little less urgency, and a little more consideration for others, and the smiling flower will bloom." To collect these "smiling flowers," Guo Xuefu experienced Kaohsiung by walking, riding a motorcycle, and driving, happily greeting and smiling at people on the roads, as if launching a citywide smiling movement for all ages.

The traffic safety promotional video "A Little More Courtesy, Smiling Flowers Everywhere" was filmed around the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, the 85 Sky Tower, and the Dadong Art & Cultural Park, showcasing Kaohsiung’s wide and flat road planning. In the video, Guo Xuefu’s fresh and gentle aura influences the people and vehicles on the road, as if everyone is immersed in a happy romantic atmosphere.
