Airlines are constantly coming up with new ways to manage their brand image. Recently, in advertisements or short films, we’ve seen many airlines collaborating with celebrities or filmmakers to quickly resonate with audiences. Recently, Singapore Airlines has also partnered with renowned lyricist and director Vincent Fang to extend the spirit of the airline into the realm of music and art.
Singapore Airlines has always built its brand image around the concept of “A Great Way to Fly” and its “elegant flight attendants.” This time, it has gone a step further by collaborating with Vincent Fang’s directorial debut film "The Rooftop," combining the airline’s provision of a “beautiful life experience” with art, music, and literature.
Lin Weikuo, Vice President of Singapore Airlines for North Asia, said: “Through the filming and subsequent marketing activities of the film 'The Rooftop' directed by Director Vincent Fang, Singapore Airlines is jointly promoting the concept of an exquisite lifestyle. We hope to extend our commitment and dedication to exquisite details and touching service to a broader level.”
Singapore Airlines stated that every second of the film is as beautiful as a travel postcard, filled with the healing power brought by music, art, and culture, allowing everyone to find comfort for the eyes, ears, and soul. No matter where in the world you are, you can be moved.
The film will be released this autumn in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.
