Transportation
By car: Take National Freeway 1 to the Keelung exit, then follow Zhongzheng Viaduct → Zhongzheng Road → Zhengbin Road → He 1st Road → Ping 1st Road.
By public transport: Take the high-speed rail to Taipei Station, transfer to TRA to Keelung Station, then take Keelung City Bus (Route 101) to Heping Island Park Stop.

Chaojing Park

Situated on the eastern side of Badouzi Peninsula and covering about one hectare, Chaojing Park offers beautiful views overlooking Haihang Bay (also known as Huanfan Da’ao). Originally a waste dumping site, it was transformed by the Ocean Technology Museum into an excellent spot for enjoying sea views.

The park is well-planned and features numerous art installations, including the “Broom Savior” and “Tip of the Iceberg” created by artists from France and Canada, both of which are popular photo spots. Against the blue sky, white clouds, and green lawns, it looks like a painting.

1. Exit at Madong Interchange on National Freeway 3, take Freeway 62 toward Ruifang, continue straight to Keelung, arrive at Chaojing Park, then walk in.
2. Exit at Northeast Coast Interchange on National Freeway 1, take Freeway 62 toward Ruifang, continue to Provincial Highway 2 (Coastal Highway) toward Keelung, arrive at Chaojing Park, then walk in.
By bus:
From Keelung Railway Station, take Bus 103 to HST Station or Bus 108 to Chaojing Park Stop, then walk in.

Badouzi Coastal Park

Located along Keelung’s coastline, Badouzi Park features well-developed trails, pavilions, ocean-view platforms, and the super-popular “Valley of Forgetfulness.” In addition to enjoying the view of Keelung Islet and the vast ocean while feeling the gentle sea breeze, visitors can also head to the 101 Highland at the top of the park for panoramic 360-degree views, including Jiufen, Fan’ao Bay, and Wanghai Lane. The park also offers rare coastal cliff views found in Taiwan.

Take Zhongzheng Road to Provincial Highway No. 2 (Beining Road), continue until you reach Badouzi, then turn left onto Badou Street to arrive.
