How can the versatile croissant be transformed? This summer, Gontran Cherrier (hereinafter referred to as GC) has launched 5 éclair-croissant hybrids, infusing their signature and classic fillings into croissants. The flavors include lemon éclair-croissant, pineapple éclair-croissant, vanilla éclair-croissant, blueberry éclair-croissant, and Japanese yuzu éclair-croissant. Among them, the blueberry and Japanese yuzu flavors are limited-edition and will only be available at specific locations and times. These 5 éclair-croissants are currently exclusive to Taiwan, with potential future launches at other international locations.

Made with GC’s signature lemon tart lemon custard, paired with the chef’s special whipped cream, and sprinkled with a touch of lemon zest, delivering a burst of lemon aroma in every bite.

The chef specially uses Taiwan’s summer-abundant pineapples as filling, mixed into the cool custard, with small pieces of fresh pineapple added inside for added texture.
