The Banqiao branch of 8-Color BBQ (Store No. 3), originally expected to open in late May, has had its official opening date slightly postponed to June 2. Limited-time promotions will be offered from June 2 to June 4—just share on social media to get different discounts. Walk-ins only during these three days. Also,reservations for June 5 to June 30 open starting May 23, and going forward, reservations for the next month will open at 12:00 noon on the 20th of each month.

The Korean-style 8-Color BBQ uses thick-cut pork belly as its base meat. Its biggest highlight is offering eight different flavors of pork belly: ginseng, red wine, pine needle, garlic, floral, curry, miso (bean paste), and chili sauce. Tableside service is provided by staff who grill the meat to perfection. The staff noted that freshly grilled meat is more tender, while leaving it on the grill too long makes it tougher, so they recommend eating it right after grilling.
