National airline offers midweek deals: Taichung to Macau for just NT$3,400

Autumn is the season to indulge in gourmet delights. Macau boasts seven restaurants listed in the 2013 Michelin Guide for Hong Kong and Macau, and is just a 1.5-hour flight from Taiwan, making it one of the top choices for planning a trip and savoring delicious food this fall. From now until December 27, the national airline is launching the Macau 25 Special Sale, with flights from Taichung to Macau starting at NT$3,400. Furthermore, round-trip tickets from Taoyuan to Macau every Friday are offered at a 36% discount, just NT$4,500 for a round trip.

Kao Chih-hua, Vice President of Public Relations at TransAsia Airways, stated that the airline operates daily flights from Taiwan’s three major airports in the north, central, and south (Taoyuan, Taichung, and Kaohsiung) to Macau, providing domestic travelers with more diverse and convenient options for visiting Macau. The Macau 25 Ticket Special Sale features a thoughtful design allowing flexible interchangeability among Taoyuan, Taichung, and Kaohsiung for return flights, giving customers more flexibility and convenience when planning their trips.

The Macau 25 Special Sale is held every Tuesday and Friday starting now for ten consecutive weeks. Tickets must be issued and reserved on the same Tuesday or Friday. Tickets purchased on Tuesdays must be used within 12 days of booking, ideal for spontaneous travelers. Tickets purchased on Fridays must be used within 3 weeks to 2 months, suiting office workers who prefer to plan their trips in advance.
