Yellow Rubber Duck Draws 10,000 Visitors on First Day in Taoyuan  Public: "The duck's skin is so wrinkled"

The Yellow Rubber Duck made its debut today (26th) at Houhu Pond in Taoyuan. Just in the morning, 2,500 visitors flocked to the site, with the entire park estimated to have received over 10,000 people. Crowds gathered on the embankment in front of Houhu Pond, where the duck is located, to take photos with the full view of the giant duck. Some visitors expressed disappointment after seeing the duck, pointing out that not only was it quite dirty, but its surface was also wrinkled by the strong wind. "This small pond is simply not suitable for displaying the duck."

The Yellow Rubber Duck exhibition at Houhu Pond in Xinwu, Taoyuan, also features a "Land Art Festival" organized with artists from various countries. On the opening day of the event, complaints from the public were non-stop. Especially at Houhu Pond, where the Yellow Rubber Duck is located, due to its remote location, many visitors got lost after arriving, going around in circles trying to find the correct entrance. "The route design is really bad," some visitors said. The road leading to the duck display area is narrow, and there are multiple vendor stalls along the way. Just walking from the intersection to the duck exhibition area can take more than 15 minutes. Trying to enjoy the duck on a holiday is truly a painful experience.
