Taipei’s 9 Must-Try Street Food Fair to Delight at Flower Expo Park on the 16th

Organized by the Taipei City Government Department of Economic Development, the “Food Energy 639, Your Vitality Ally” – “Taipei 9 Must-Try Street Food Fair” will kick off on November 16 and run through November 17, from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily, at the Flower Sea Square in Huashan Park of the Taipei Flower Expo. The fair will showcase nine popular street food categories — breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks — with 40 vendors offering their treats. The event space will also feature a “Food Energy 639” street scene designed with the atmospheres of 6 AM, 3 PM, and 9 PM, where attendees can encounter three oversized inflatable characters: “Yellow Chick,” “Mermaid Princess,” and “Night Owl Foodie.”

During the event, special promotions will be available, including free soy milk for the first thousand visitors, free sampling of hundred-pound rice balls, a 649 lottery draw, a 639-point collection gift campaign, and a photo opportunity with the Food Energy attractions. Aside from limited-edition gourmet treats and giveaways, participants may also have a chance to win NT$10,000 in convenience store vouchers.
