Savory macarons defy taste bud expectations. Most people’s first impression of macarons is “overly sweet,” but the chocolate brand Diva Life boldly flipped the sweet concept by introducing savory macarons with salty fillings imported from Belgium. The first wave features three flavors: tomato and basil, cinnamon apple, and foie gras with caramelized apple.
As Christmas approaches, Diva Life has launched several gift boxes themed around Belgian chocolate and macarons.
