30 Cartoon Balloon Parade at Dream Mall Draws 250,000 Excited Revelers

Asia’s Largest Balloon Festival, “Dream Mall Giant Balloon Parade,” Kicked Off on the 14th at Kaohsiung’s Era Boulevard, Featuring Massive Balloons of Various Cartoon Characters. The Giant Balloon Parade Has Entered Its 8th Edition. In Addition to the “Regular Cast” of Cartoon Balloons, “Grey Wolf,” Who Was Absent Last Year, Has Returned to the Pleasant Goat Family, While New Companions Such as “OPEN-Z,” Snoopy, and “Pickle and Pog” Also Made Their Debut. A Total of Nearly 30 Cartoon Balloons Participated. There Will Also Be a Nighttime Display from 8 PM to Midnight, and Most Notably, the Yellow Rubber Duck, Which Has Temporarily Left Kaohsiung, Can Also Be Seen in the Parade.

The Kaohsiung City Government Stated That the Entire Parade Event Is Like a Grand Carnival. The City Government Pointed Out That There Will Also Be a Balloon-Themed “OPEN Run!” Balloon Fun Run on the Morning of the 15th, Where Participants Can Get Up Close to Airborne Balloons as Tall as 10 Meters. The Organizers Also Urge the Public to Seize the Final Opportunity to Join the Fun Onsite, Enjoying Activities from Day to Night. To Ensure the Smooth Progress of the Event, Era Boulevard Will Be Closed to Traffic and Under Control Until Midnight on the 15th. The Public Can Take the Metro to Exit 3 of the Kaixuan Station to Reach the Venue.
