The “Taiwan Tourist Shuttle – Muzha-Pingxi Line” bus, which passes through many old streets and famous attractions in Muzha, Shenkeng, and Pingxi, can now also be purchased via ibon. Starting in 2014, ibon will begin selling the 90 TWD Happy Day Pass, which can be used on both weekdays and holidays.

The route goes through four old streets — Shenkeng, Jing Tong, Pingxi, and Shifen. Compared to taking the train to Pingxi, the bus route includes an additional stop at Shenkeng Old Street. Moreover, the bus stops are convenient, with a pick-up point right outside Muzha MRT Station. On weekdays, there are 21 daily buses, and an additional 12 buses operate on holidays.

The “Muzha-Pingxi Line” was planned in February based on the No. 795 bus route. The 80-minute journey takes passengers past many famous attractions. Starting from Muzha Station, the 8 stops include Muzha MRT Station, Shenkeng Old Street, Shuangxi Kou, Girl Temple, Jing Tong Pit, Pingxi Old Street, Shifen Old Street, and Shifen Visitor Center.
