The much-awaited panda cub Yuan Zai finally made its public debut on the 6th!/Hotels have also launched "Panda Stay Packages", offering zoo tickets upon check-in, and the first 50 guests will receive a hyper-realistic panda baby plush toy with an ID card and a panda-themed cake.

Taipei Westin said that from January 10 to February 9, its Panda Stay Package starts at NT$6,888. In addition to breakfast and two zoo tickets, the first 50 guests to book will receive a fully handcrafted, hyper-realistic panda baby with its own unique ID number, as well as a special gift basket containing a panda fondant cake.The panda baby is crafted to the actual size of a real panda cub and goes through a complex manufacturing process including dyeing, spraying, and sewing to delicately replicate Yuan Zai’s fluffy texture. Each panda baby also comes with a unique ID number and a guarantee card.During the campaign period, for every Panda Stay Package booked, the hotel will donate part of the room revenue to the Taipei Zoo Animal Adoption Fund, joining hands in protecting animals through concrete action.
