Yunlang Tourism Group, which already operates three off-premise dining brands — “Yi Pin,” “Pin Zhong Xin,” and “Pin La” — has set its sights on Taiwan’s buffet market this year with a new brand, “Pin Hua Yuan.” General Manager Sheng Zhiren stated today (the 7th) that the off-premise restaurant “Pin Hua Yuan,” scheduled to launch in Xinzhuang, New Taipei City, is expected to become the largest buffet restaurant in Taiwan.
“Pin Hua Yuan” covers an area of 1,200 square meters, with a total of 750 seats. The interior of the restaurant is designed in the style of a European garden and features a total of 12 kitchens.80% of the dishes are prepared on order. Additionally, the existing brand “Yi Pin” will also introduce a banquet hall capable of accommodating 180 tables simultaneously, with a ceiling height of 10 meters and a total of 4,000 seats, offering celebratory banquet services and becoming the largest single-floor banquet hall in Taiwan.
Sheng Zhiren also believes that the company's greatest asset lies in its employees. Therefore, in addition to collaborating with several universities to launch in-depth training programs, Yunlang Group has also introduced a cloud-based concept by establishing an internal “Yunlang Knowledge Base.” In addition to offering courses, the platform includes cooking tutorials, enabling employees to further develop their skills through learning outside of work.

In addition, Yunlang Group has plans for domestic and international expansion this year. Domestically, the group plans to open a new hotel in Jiaoxi, Yilan in 2016. Meanwhile, “Zhao Pin Hotel Miaoli,” located in Miaoli, will add 83 new rooms and is set to open in April this year. Overseas, in addition to the new site “Shui Yun Zhuang” in the water city of Venice, which was established at the end of last year and is expected to debut in 2015, Yunlang has also taken on “entrusted management” business, extending its reach into mainland China. In Zhongshan City’s Cuiheng New District, Guangdong Province, the “Global Chinese Elite Conference and Health & Leisure Center” will be established, featuring areas such as serviced apartment zones, hotel zones, and cultural and creative zones. The hotel zone will be fully managed by Yunlang Tourism Group, from technical planning and positioning to operations and management.
