Adventure in Kasukabe awaits！The world’s largest “Crayon Shin-chan Exhibition” has arrived

With his big potato-like face, though only 5 years old, Crayon Shin-chan often leaves adults both amused and exasperated. He’s finally here in Taiwan to meet everyone！The world’s first and largest “Crayon Shin-chan Exhibition: Kasukabe Adventure” runs from today until April 6th at Warehouses 4 and 5 of Songshan Cultural and Creative Park.

Officially authorized by the Japanese creators, the scale of the “Crayon Shin-chan Exhibition” surpasses all previous ones, with all exhibition content newly created！Within an 800-ping space, 1:1 scale replicas of the “Nohara Family Home” and “Futaba Kindergarten” allow fans to take photos to their hearts’ content. Characters like the yakuza-style kindergarten principal, jewel-loving Shoko, and roleplay-loving Nene can all be seen here. A 3.5-meter-high, 10-meter-wide sculpture of the entire Nohara family is so lifelike that even Elle model Wang Jingqiao (Xiao Man), who attended the opening press conference, was thrilled by the life-sized exhibits.

In another section called the “Kasukabe Museum,” precious manuscript reproductions by the legendary manga artist Yoshihiko Nishimoto, creator of “Crayon Shin-chan,” are displayed—from drafts to final versions—allowing fans to appreciate the artwork in detail. Translations of the manga from around the world will also be exhibited alongside the history of Crayon Shin-chan.

Other must-sees include the “Kasukabe Cinema,” where you can watch “Crayon Shin-chan” animations, and the “Kasukabe Shopping Street,” which feels like stepping right into the manga. Both are well worth a visit.
