Evergreen Airways’ humanoid robot Pepper has been upgraded once more!Passengers will soon be able to experience its new services at the Taoyuan Airport VIP lounge and check-in counters at Songshan Airport. The humanoid robot Pepper joined the Evergreen Airways service team in December 2016, making Evergreen the first airline in Taiwan to introduce Pepper. In just half a year since its launch, Pepper has interacted with over 30,000 passengers. Following its deployment, Evergreen Airways actively expanded Pepper’s chat database to meet various conversational scenarios passengers might imagine, bringing Pepper even closer to travelers.
