Laochen Cold Noodles, which now accepts franchisees, is expanding rapidly. Currently, in addition to the Banqiao Founding Store, there are also branches in Tonghua, Jingmei, Xinzhuang, Wuchang, Taichung Fengjia, the trial-operating Lehua Flagship Store, and the newly opening Linsen Branch. The owner of Laochen Cold Noodles loves eating cold noodles and hopes to share them with more noodle enthusiasts. So, during his off-hours, he personally developed the optimal ratio for sesame paste and soybean paste. The making of Laochen Cold Noodles seems simple: first prepare the noodles, then add Sichuan pepper sauce, garlic, special sauce, sesame paste, chili sauce (depending on whether the customer likes spice), and finally sprinkle with cucumber. But the preparation work afterward is very time-consuming. Each serving of cold noodles costs 50 New Taiwan Dollars.
