The Treasure Hill Light Festival kicks off on February 15 — enjoy a Lantern Festival with a contemporary art twist

Located in the Gongguan shopping district of Taipei, the Treasure Hill Artist Village, with its distinctive ambiance, has long been a favorite holiday spot for arts and culture lovers.
Unlike traditional Lantern Festival celebrations, Treasure Hill held the “Rock the Night — 2014 Treasure Hill Light Festival Exhibition” from February 15 to March 16 this year. Featuring works by multiple contemporary Taiwanese artists, the event employed various contemporary art methods such as visual and design elements to craft a one-of-a-kind art-themed lantern festival, perfect for art enthusiasts seeking a unique festive experience.
