Though the name may be puzzling at first, it gives some clues – it’s made with the shop’s specially selected toast layered with lettuce and three different types of pork, offering a richly layered texture. Starting your day with the "Three Little Pigs" is guaranteed to fill you with energy. The shop’s owner,Wang Zhenyu, former IT professional and now the breakfast shop manager at Good Tree,says, “As a child, eating the hot breakfast my mom prepared always made me feel happy. I wanted to bring that same feeling to others, which is why I switched careers to open this breakfast shop.”

To ensure even those who sleep in can enjoy the happiness of breakfast, "Good Tree" is open almost all day. In addition to breakfast items, they also serve business lunch options, such as the milkywhite sauce chicken pasta,another popular menu item. The specially blended, non-greasy white sauce paired with the shop manager’s daily handpicked fresh chicken thighs lets you truly taste the sincerity of "Good Tree." They insist on no breading or marination, so you can fully enjoy the natural sweetness of the chicken.

Additionally, the egg pancakes here are also unique. The signaturesuper-Q egg pancakeis a great example. Tapioca starch is added during the dough-making process, giving it a chewy texture reminiscent of mochi. The sweetness comes from the yolk, while the savory note is enhanced by the generous amount of cheese inside. The sweet potato egg pancake is filled with a rich aroma of peanuts.
