Coffee Café: Healthy, Delicious, and Tasty – Try the Honey Bagel with Three Spreads

In Yilan’s Jiaoxi, where hot spring hotels abound, finding a locally roasted café is quite a challenge. But that’s not all—if you’re a vegetarian, enjoy traveling with your pet, and happen to have a young child in tow, finding a nice place to sit down in Jiaoxi’s hot spring town can be really tough indeed！

Qingguoguo Coffee Café has magically solved these problems, offering delicious “meat-free dishes” such as tofu vegetable patties, risotto, pasta, bagels, and sandwiches. Their house-roasted coffee beans are carefully hand-picked to remove defective ones, then brewed via pour-over. Although there’s no espresso machine, they still serve rich café au lait using a Moka pot！

Qingguoguo and Pet-Friendly? Don’t let the Uncle’s non-standard Taiwanese Mandarin fool you—this is Qingguoguo Coffee Café’s special “Pet-Friendly Set,” which includes toasted bread, blanched vegetables, salt-free and oil-free scrambled eggs, and warm fresh milk！ This thoughtful creation by the boss, Snail Farmer, and his girlfriend ensures that every adult, child, and even cat or dog who visits can enjoy a happy mealtime.

Although their location isn’t very prominent and they’ve worked hard to adjust operating hours accordingly, this couple is spreading an Earth-friendly, healthy concept in Yilan’s Jiaoxi. The shop avoids single-use utensils, and customers bringing their own containers for takeout get a discount.
