Michelin “Hunky Chef” Matteo Rizzo Comes to Taiwan to Showcase His Culinary Skills

From the evening of March 13 to March 15, Sheraton Taipei’s Anton Dining Room will exclusively offer the “Shining Stars 36” menu during lunch and dinner service. They have specially invited Chef Matteo Rizzo, who has maintained two Michelin stars since 1997 and earned 36 stars for his IL Desco restaurant.Matteo RizzoHe is in Taiwan to showcase his culinary artistry.
Matteo Rizzo collaborates and exchanges ideas with Taipei Sheraton’s Executive Chef Hsien-Hua Hsu, aiming to create Michelin-level cuisine by combining Taiwanese ingredients with Italian and French cooking techniques. Chef Matteo Rizzo incorporates seasonal Taiwanese fruits, seafood, and other local ingredients into classic French dishes, paired with unique Italian sauces to interpret high-end Michelin-style cuisine.
