With summer vacation approaching, many hotels in Taipei are launching summer promotions to tap into the domestic travel market. Taipei Fullon Hotel has identified the boom in domestic tourism and is targeting the family and student segments during the holiday season by offering a 50% discount on dining to attract customers.

From July 1 to September 29, “Jiāngnán Chūn” will present over 50 refined Jiangsu and Zhejiang dishes selected by the head chef, including braised crucian carp with scallions, crab roe lion’s head meatballs, Shaoxing drunken chicken, clay pot preserved fresh soup, and Sichuan peppercorn-braised sea cucumber. These dishes will be available at discounted prices ranging from 50% to 70% during weekday lunch and dinner periods, allowing a family of four to enjoy five-star hotel cuisine for just over a thousand NT dollars.
