The owner of MAGMA Lava Cheese Tower Specialty Store is a dessert lover who adores traveling. A huge fan of cheesecake, they were inspired to bring this delicious treat back to Taiwan after seeing portable cheese towers in Japan, and have since been dedicated to developing various flavors.

The store recently launched the “Cheese Tower Macaron Gift Box,” featuring six flavors: original, matcha, 85% dark chocolate cheese tower, blueberry, raspberry, and mixed berries. The shells are made using imported Japanese flour, refined white sugar, and locally-sourced eggs (MIT), each with its own unique flavor.

The original cheese tower is the classic base model, made from premium cheeses sourced from France, the U.S., and Australia—rich in milk aroma with a salty tang from the cheese. It’s not overly sweet and is the store’s signature best-seller. The matcha cheese tower uses Uji Marukyu Koyamaen matcha powder, giving it a unique, subtly bitter matcha flavor. The 85% dark chocolate cheese tower is made with high-concentration European 85% chocolate. The blueberry, mixed berry, and raspberry flavors are seasonal items introduced since Mother’s Day—all made with fresh berries harvested in France, flash-frozen and air-flown directly to Taiwan without any chemical additives, delivering the true taste of real fruit in every bite.

Currently, the store is running a long-term birthday promotion: on your birthday, buy any flavor box and get a free box of the original flavor cheese tower. During your birth month, you can also enjoy a discount of NT$60 when buying two mixed-flavor boxes.
