After a complete renovation, the Taoyuan branch began soft operations on December 5 and will officially open on the 16th—it’s already become a must-visit new hotspot for influencers in just a few days.

Located in Taoyuan’s Cultural and Creative Industries Park, “You Shi Hou. Red Bean” was originally a small shop selling ice and drinks. It has now been upgraded to version 2.0, with a graffiti-covered giant suitcase by the entrance catching the eye, and the main door transformed into a trendy pink vending machine—no need to fly to Seoul to feel like you’re in a Korean café.

The interior is bright and airy, bringing together all the elements today’s girls love—dried flowers decorate every corner, while white clouds hang from the ceiling. Paired with pastel tile seating areas and graffiti-covered walls, every detail is so Insta-worthy it’ll max out your phone’s memory.

Explore toward the back of the shop, and you’ll find a semi-open private room perfect for group gatherings. A whole wall of dried flower “sky” comes into view, dreamily beautiful. The most unique feature? The corridor designed to look like submarines, with the entire space painted in aqua blue, featuring wavy transparent glass overhead. Sunlight streams in, making it feel like you’re swimming underwater, while the quirky-shaped inflatable rings add a playful touch.

For food, the shop blends traditional and modern light cuisine culture, serving mainly Japanese-style desserts, toast, and coffee. For savory options, there are Korean-style ramen and snacks like fries. Prices aren’t as steep as you’d think, ranging around NT$50 to NT$160. Recent additions include matcha ice cream, strawberry Fuji mountain + matcha ice cream, and marble bubble tea with pearls.
